A huge, main part of getting over social anxiety is pushing yourself. Yeah, you might not wanna hear that but it’s the truth. You have to get out there and face your fears. You don’t have to go to every offered social event but definitely start doing more social, out of the house activities.

My point is, you have to find reasons to motivate yourself, and you have to face your fears one step at a time. It’s okay to be alone. It’s okay to take breaks and feel lonely. It’s not okay to let your fears and anxiety run you down all the time and keep you from getting what you deserve - a nice life. Happiness.
